Briana Sewell

State House Virginia — HD-51 Democrat
Open Seat2021
Born and raised by a military family in Prince William County, Briana Sewell has always been drawn to a career in public service. In her former roles as the district director for Virginia’s US Representative Gerry Connolly and as a community organizer, as well as in her current role as chief of staff to the county chair, Briana’s top priority has been listening and responding to the concerns of her community. She understands the trauma that accompanies personal stories of gun violence, and recognizes the role strong gun safety laws can play in keeping communities safe. As a career community advocate, Briana will fight for policies that improve the lives of her constituents, and will be a key supporter of gun violence prevention measures in the Assembly.

We are proud to endorse Briana Sewell for the Virginia House of Delegates.
