Elizabeth Bennett-Parker is vice mayor of Alexandria, Virginia, and a candidate for Delegate in Virginia’s 45th District. As vice mayor, she serves as a member of the Alexandria City Council and is the youngest woman elected to the Council in the city’s history. Born in Alexandria to two Naval officers, Elizabeth is a dedicated public servant with an understanding of the importance of gun violence prevention measures. She has worked in many community positions, including on the Community Criminal Justice Board, and was selected as one of Alexandria’s 40 under 40 in 2017. If elected, Elizabeth will be a key vote for critical gun safety measures.
