Cliff Hayes

State House Virginia — HD-77 Democrat
Delegate Cliff Hayes has been a Virginia resident for over 40 years and a representative of Virginia’s 77th District for a year and a half. Prior to serving in the Virginia House of Delegates, Cliff worked as the Chesapeake Commissioner of the Revenue’s office, and served as the Chief Information Officer and Technology Director for the Norfolk Sheriff’s Office. Through his time with law enforcement, Cliff is able to understand the work that needs to be done in communities across his district and his state.
