As delegate for the 93rd House District, Mike Mullin represents residents of the City of Newport News, the City of Williamsburg, James City County, and York County. Delegate Mullin excels at turning his experiences and understanding of the communities of the Peninsula into real results for his constituents, passing 31 bills since taking office in 2016. Some of those bills include legislation to help end the school-to-prison pipeline and to keep guns out of the hands of individuals who have protective orders filed against them.
