Lale M. Morrison is a seasoned former congressional chief of staff and government affairs professional with over 20 years of experience in shaping legislation, managing communications, and leading effective teams on Capitol Hill. She has served as chief of staff for Representatives Alcee L. Hastings, Stephanie Murphy, and Jared Moskowitz, as well as in senior roles with the House Rules Committee and the US Helsinki Commission, providing guidance on key legislative, international policy, and communications issues.

She holds a BA from Mary Baldwin College and an MA from American University. She also served as a senior fellow at the John C. Stennis Center for Public Service Leadership.
