Rhode Island has no statutes prohibiting firearms in the following places, although administrative regulations may apply:

• Parks
• Hospitals;
• Places of worship;
• Bars or restaurants where alcohol is served;
• Sports arenas;
• Gambling facilities; or
• Polling places.
