Gun safety champions are running in vital Virginia legislative districts against extreme radicals
Washington DC — Former Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, founder of the gun safety organization GIFFORDS, joined several gun safety champions at three voter outreach events in Virginia last week. Gun violence is a top issue for voters as they head to the polls this fall, and it’s critical to hold the Virginia Senate and flip the Virginia House of Delegates to continue making progress in the state. If Republicans gain control of both chambers, Governor Glenn Youngkin will roll back commonsense gun safety measures and pass extreme laws that will make Virginia a more dangerous state.

On Friday, September 29, Congresswoman Giffords joined a gun safety rally to reelect State Senator Monty Mason at the College of William & Mary [PHOTOS HERE]. These candidates have all been endorsed by GIFFORDS PAC as gun safety champions who will continue to make progress on gun safety and stop a Republican trifecta in Virginia.
