Rigel Robinson served as a Berkeley city councilmember from 2018 to 2024. When he was elected, Rigel became the youngest city councilmember in Berkeley’s history. He earned his master’s degree at the University of California Berkeley’s Goldman School of Public Policy while serving on the city council.
