Kathryn Ritchie is a junior in high school and a Giffords Courage Fellow. Kathryn has been interested in gun violence prevention since seeing it firsthand when she lived in Queens, New York. In the past year, Kathryn has delved into the world of gun violence prevention, taking initiative with many organizations and co-organizing the March on the NRA in NYC. She enjoys writing and believes that strong journalism can help reduce gun violence.
