TUCSON, AZ – Former Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords and Navy combat veteran Captain Mark Kelly, the Co-Founders of the gun violence prevention organization Americans for Responsible Solutions (ARS), today applauded the Supreme Court decision in Voisine v. United States broadly interpreting federal law that prohibits individuals with misdemeanor domestic violence convictions from legally buying and owning guns.
