Statement by Former Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords & Navy Combat Veteran Captain Mark Kelly on North Carolina Sen. Richard Burr’s “Bullseye” Comments About Hillary Clinton

October 31, 2016 – Former Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords and retired NASA astronaut Captain Mark Kelly, the Co-Founders of the gun violence prevention organization Americans for Responsible Solutions, today responded to remarks released by CNN of North Carolina Sen. Richard Burr remarking to campaign volunteers that during a recent visit to a gun shop “nothing made me feel better” than seeing a magazine about rifles “with a picture of Hillary Clinton on the front of it…I was a little bit shocked at that — it didn’t have a bullseye on it.”
